  • Not file multiple claims for the same incident with different services

4. Fee Structure

We operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. Our service fee is calculated as a percentage of the compensation amount secured. The exact percentage will be clearly communicated before engagement of our services. No upfront fees are required.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws. The duration of the claims process can vary depending on multiple factors, including airline response times and claim complexity. We commit to regular updates on your claim's progress but cannot guarantee specific timeframes for resolution.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services if:

  • Client fails to cooperate or respond to communications
  • Client violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Legal or ethical concerns arise regarding the claim

9. Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your claim via email, phone, or other specified contact methods. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
